This is a plain-language baseline. It is provided for transparency and does not replace advice from qualified counsel before general availability.
1. Who we are
Dagpilot ("Dagpilot", "we", "us") provides an autonomous engineering orchestrator that decomposes a task, executes and verifies work on servers and models you connect, and reports the result. These Terms govern your use of the service at dagpilot.ai (the "Service").
2. Beta status
The Service is offered in beta and free of charge while in beta. Features, limits and availability may change. The Service is provided on an "as available" basis during this period.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and keep it current. You may close your account at any time from the settings screen; closing your account deletes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Your content and infrastructure

5. Acceptable use
Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited activity may result in suspension or termination.
6. Costs you incur
The Service runs work against the model providers and servers you connect. Charges from those third parties are yours. Cost caps, checkpoints and gated merges are provided as controls, but you remain responsible for spend on your connected accounts.
7. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service. We aim to give reasonable notice of material changes where practical.
8. Disclaimers
The Service automates engineering work and can produce incorrect results. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it. To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dagpilot is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or spend on connected third-party accounts.
