Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 7 July 2026
This policy sets the boundaries for using Dagpilot. It applies alongside the Terms of Service.
You agree not to use the Service to
- Break the law, or help others do so.
- Access, attack or interfere with systems you are not authorised to use — including using connected servers or model keys you do not own or control.
- Build or run malware, credential-stealing tools, denial-of-service tooling, or infrastructure whose purpose is unauthorised intrusion.
- Attempt to breach, probe or circumvent the security, tenant isolation or rate limits of the Service itself.
- Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, or process data you have no right to process.
- Generate content that is unlawful, or that harasses, exploits or endangers others.
- Resell, sublicense or misrepresent the Service.
Automated work
Dagpilot executes engineering tasks autonomously on the servers and models you connect. You are responsible for the tasks you submit and for reviewing what the Service produces. You must not use it to automate any of the prohibited activity above.
Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate access for violations, and where required, cooperate with lawful requests. If you believe someone is misusing the Service, contact [email protected].
